We came in as a group of 10, usually we go to Cracker Barrel but the service has been lacking for a long time.
So we tried this place. AMAZING! The food was delicious! I'm not an omelet person but these were absolutely perfect.
Not only was the food good but the service was awesome. Our food took make 10 minutes at most. It was hot and correct and they did all this while servicing the drive thru.
Very happy about this place. -

I live in North Augusta SC and I usually go to Gary's at least 4 times a week to get a burger, no tomato and no Onion. Last night 10-2-19 I pulled up to the drive through at 7 minutes to closing and no one answered the drive through. I sat there waiting for someone to ask me what I wanted but no one did for about 3 minutes. The reason I sat there was the light was on and I just thought they'll get to me in a second.
when no one did ask me for my order, Pulled around to the window to see a lady standing at a side sink cleaning something. She mouthed the words to me "we're closed" it was 8:58 by this time.
Not real please with this kinda service and probably won't be back to Gary's for a while. -

I went during mid afternoon and during the week so I was the only customer in there. The onion rings were generic standard onion rings that almost seemed like they were pulled from a warming tray. The burger by far was the best thing in the order. It was correct for what I ordered and very hot and fresh. The chicken tenders were ok but I would stick with the burgers. This location doesn't have hot dogs. They were quick, clean, and nice but the food is average at best. The location is kind of a pain with traffic on Belair but the burger was decent and close to me. Next time I go it will be when I'm exclusively in the mood for a burger.

Why can't I get a fried egg on my sandwich, or at least on the side? I'd pay for it and you are a business, right? As a customer that works in the customer service industry, I can personally say that this is HORRIBLE customer service. I'd rather go to a Waffle House where they are more than happy to charge me for an egg! Do better and train your staff to not be rude jerks.

First time I went here last week... the burger was excellent! I loved it so much I went back a second time today and was disappointed. My husbands burger and mine were both pink. Not a little pink either. The customer service was also not great. Upon receiving my food the man handed it to me and grunted when I said thank you. He didn't even offer to thank me. If the service had been better, I would've gone back even with the pink but now I would just rather go spend my money somewhere else.
